Your personal data is processed by Radus Grup Yatırım Holding A.Ş., in its capacity as the data controller, within the scope described below.
This text applies only to data collected via radusgrup.com. The information texts of the respective websites apply to data collected through the domain names of group companies.

Collection Method and Transfer
Data is collected electronically solely through the contact and application forms you fill out and email correspondence. No advertising or tracking cookies are used on the site.
To Whom It Is Transferred
Your request is transferred only to the group company whose area of responsibility it falls under. Apart from this, access is granted to the technical service providers from whom we receive hosting and email services, solely to the extent required by the service.
Transfer Abroad
Since hosting and email infrastructure operate through service providers located abroad, your data may technically be processed abroad. This transfer is subject to the conditions set forth in Article 9 of the Law.
Data whose purpose has been fulfilled is not retained; it is deleted.
Retention periods are stated in the table. Upon expiration of the period, the record is deleted or anonymized during the first periodic destruction cycle.

- To object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems
- To request the rectification of damage in case you suffer harm due to processing in violation of the Law
Application Method
You may submit your request regarding the rights above [email protected] in writing. Your application will be resolved within a maximum of thirty days.
Clearly state the information that allows us to identify you and the subject of your request in your application. A fee determined by the Board's tariff may be charged if your request requires additional cost.
